SHIPPING & POLICIES

All pieces are shipped from Portugal, Lisbon. Customers will receive order and shipment notifications via email.

Hand-washing is recommended for the best preservation of all ceramic pieces. However, all pieces are microwave-safe unless otherwise stated.

In the unfortunate case that your item is damaged in transit, please send us an email with a picture of the damages and you will be reimbursed. Otherwise, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

 

REFUNDS

eish is under no responsibility to accept a return, nor issue a refund, where the customer has declined to pay these fees.

Shipments which are rejected or or unclaimed by the receiver may result in the customer incurring a redirection fee.

If the package is returned to eish, the customer forfeits the original shipping costs.
