PROCESS

All the pieces are made in a mold, using the pottery wheel and hand-building techniques in Portugal, Lisboa.

Although all the pieces are hand-painted, no two pieces are exactly and we think there's a natural beauty in that.

All the pieces are created in our small studio. All the processes are started and completed here. Then they are put in the kiln at 1050 to 1200 degrees. There is always a glaze on top of the paintings.
